Evaluating a job offer?

Don’t forget to keep these questions in mind:

1.) Ask if company can give extra PTO

2.) Ask for copy of benefits & benefits scorecard so you know what comes out biweekly/monthly

3.) Ask for higher salary and sign on, give market data. Worst case they say is no. And remember sign ons are 50% taxed.

4.) Ask if relo budget is approved

5.) Ask for a better title

6.) Ask if there is educational budget approved for this role this year
